Paulo Octávio Investimentos' PO700 Development
The PO700 Development was designed with Trane Stealth refrigeration systems, which are industrial combined refrigeration systems that reduce electricity costs and operating costs in general. The benefits offered by this solution help many ventures seeking LEED ("Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design") certification scores, as well as other bonuses and incentives related to energy cost reduction and environmental issues.
Almeida França Engineering supplied and installed the Trane Stealth equipment of the enterprise, which has as main characteristics:
-high energy efficiency, both in full and partial loads;
- low noise operation.
It was in search of this high efficiency that Almeida França Engenharia won the award Highlights of the Year 2015 - SMACNA, which aims to promote nationwide solemn recognition of the best thermal environmental engineering project of the year.
