Estate Sports Club

JCGontijo Engenharia, when designing the Sports Club, glimpsed the idea of how good it would be to live in a club. Waking up early and being able to take a dip in the pool, seeing the children playing freely and safely. relaxing in a charming SPA without having to keep an eye on the clock, and living with family and friends in a pleasant space with many amenities.

The Sports Club is located in Guará-DF, and has a total constructed area of 73,300 m².

Almeida França Engenharia was the partner chosen by JCGontijo to execute the building installations. The project started in May 2009 and was concluded in June 2012, and included:

• electrical installations;
• hydraulic installations;
• telecommunication installations;
• SPDA, lightning arrester for protection against atmospheric discharges;
• emergency lighting systems;
• fire fighting system - sprinklers, hydrants, fire extinguishers, emergency signalling, generator set, grounding and continuity;
• Electrical infrastructure installations for access control systems, CCTV, fire detection, local data/internet network and cable TV.
