Building Praça Capital

The Praça Capital commercial complex, built in the Guara region of the Federal District, was completed at the beginning of 2017. The development is composed of five blocks with eight floors each, being: 2nd Underground, 1st Underground, Semi-buried, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, 4th Floor, and Coverage; totaling 70,695.77m² of constructed area, with 1310 offices, 97 stores, and 22 restaurants.

Almeida França was responsible for the execution of building facilities installations, supplying material and labor. Among the activities, the following stand out:

• Electrical installations: protection against electric shocks, power lines, power supply, mediation panels, light and power distribution circuits, lighting design and lighting infrastructure, generator sets and partial distribution boards, general grounding, atmospheric discharge protection systems (ADPS), pipelines, terminal circuit supply, general distribution frames (GDF), partial distribution boards, protection switchgear, telephone installations, intranet, cable television and collective antenna.
• Hydro-sanitary installations: pipes, pluvial and sanitary water installations, grease boxes, inspection and wells, drillings and pipe passages.
• Fire-fighting facilities and detection alarm: hydrant systems;
• Special emergency lighting installations
