Construction of the Main Space Operations Center (COPE-P), located in Brasília (DF), built to serve as a control center for the Geostationary Satellite for Defense and Strategic Communications (SGDC).

COPE-S

Construction of the Secondary Space Operations Center (COPE-S), located in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), also used as a contingency for COPE-P.

Almeida França

Retrofit of Almeida França Engenharia headquarters building. Project concluded in 2018 and in ongoing LEED EB:OM certification process.

COT

Construction of the new headquarters of the Tactical Operations Command (COT) of the Federal Police, an elite group of the corporation.

SABIN

Installations of the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system of the new Sabin Group Headquarters.

Via Esplanada

Building facilities of the Via Esplanada Building, located in the Southern Federal Areas Sector. We are also responsible for its operation and maintenance.

Venâncio Shopping

Air conditioning and exhaust systems for the modernization project of Venâncio Shopping, one of the first shopping centers in Brasília.

Praça Capital

Building facilities for the Praça Capital commercial complex, a development with 70,695.77m² of built area.

Vitrium

Building facilities for the Vitrium Centro Médico Inteligente, a project with AQUA certification that concentrates 230 units between clinics and offices.

PO700

Air conditioning system using Trane Stealth equipment from the PO700 project. Building with LEED Silver certification.
